Friendly Home Inspections will provide a non-invasive examination of the condition of your home at the time of the inspection.  The major parts to be examined are the roof, exterior, basement/crawlspace, foundation and structure, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, attic, insulation and ventilation, doors, windows, and interior part of the resident.

After the home inspections, you will be provided with a report on the overall condition of the house. You can use some of the major problems listed in the report as negotiating tools to help you reduce its price. For example, you can agree to cater to some of the repairs in exchange for a substantial decrease in the price of the home.
